Do you NEED spores to grow cubensis? i was readign through the shroomery ( www.shroomery.com ) and i came across this method of growing mushrooms, http://www.shroomery.org/index/par/25101 it doesnt mention the use of spores or anything, the only ingredients given are:Grounded brown rice, vermaculite, and water. This seems much too easy, there must be a catch. And every other method involves using spores. And also what is vermaculite, and where can i findit (pictures please) Thanks alot for your help tokers.
