how many weeks/months does it take for MJ plant to grow???

how long does it take it to grow???like 10 weeks for flowering well when the buds start to bloom then you have to wait 8-10 weeks for good bud or All together it takes 10 weeks for the plant to fully grow good buds.thanks from anybody that reply's

a question like that means you need to do alot more reading. Its just isnt that simple to put seed in some dirt and expect it to grow.Dont want to sound rude but you need to do alot more reading.
