Ok im planning on growing for the 1st time. Im building a grow box about 4feet high,4feet wide,2feet deep. so my questions are 1. Which is a good lamp to use?
2. which plant can i grow in the box? i dont want them to grow over 3feet any higher i think the lamp would burn them.
