Tips: Athens, Greece... Help?!

Hey guys,

Im on my way to Athens in a couple weeks, im gonna be over there for at least 3 months maybe 6 and my gf and i are in a bit of a problem.

With the london attacks, and the lack of direct flights to greece ( which means stop overs in italy, holland or london) makes me extra worried about considering bringing some with us.

Any tips well in greece, or for the plane? we have a method that works pretty well, but were still trying to think of some downfalls ( we're travelling unfortunatly with 4 cats through customs and immigrations) which kind of makes us red flagged already...... tips and precautions would be great.

or any suggestions well in athens or surrounding area would help? experiances also.

there are so many ways of doing it i believe, well on short flights it alot easier, but u dont wana have a baggie somewhere it can really irratate you on a loong flight. but if you really want to get some weed out there with you, then you could place it in your socks, or holes you have in ur shoes where no-one could find it, or in the lining of your cloathes, which youve sewn up, there are hella ways to get away with it

Take a roll on deoderant, stamp on it to pop the ball out. Place baggy inside and force ball back in.

They make you take off your shoes, and now the x-ray's measure for density of liquids such as the storing it in a shampoo bottle method( found out 15-30% of all luggage problems, are mis-identification of a bomb due to density of yorkshire pudding and shampoo)

how fucked up is that? This is a 14 hour flight, not counting time spent in airports ( most likely no layovers) Domestic flights have less security, and are less likely to say empty your pockets.

They even put your shoes through the x-ray some times internationally.

I fear i will have to go without (they'd just x-ray my deoderant) On an x-ray machine, organic matter also appears in the hue of Orange ( there's different colors for different substances)

Nothing like spending 6 months in a country where you cant speak the language............ im gonna learn greek pretty fast i bet..... at least "Excuse me, do you know where the 4:20 train comes in?"
