no, you're right, they didn't ask for any help, because we were there before they ever had to ask, and if they didn't want our help, all they gotta do is say "we don't need your help, let us handle it" ... we're over there partly because Iraq WANTS to participate freely in our global economy, and democracy is the best way to do so because it STANDS STRONG...it's about money sometimes, it is, sad but true...
