Nutmeg Experience... hmm My weight is about 140-145 5'10 ish about.. and i'm kinda skinny.. not skinny skinny, just not an avradge fit.. lol but anyways I took about ½ a tablespoon of nutmeg that was already grinded (i was head'n for work so i didn't want to take too much for my 1st time)... well hmm, it makes you kinda paraniod in the begining (but that could just be me.. i have pannic attacks VERY TIME I do ANY drug) and you feel kinda of just out of it.. like whoa.. haha, plus for some reason I kept gett'n TONS of Rating: 5

now are you using regular nutmeg (bottles) or crushing up actually nutmegs?

You could try mace too. Mabey put in some saffron just for looks, you might as well put it on a hamberger

you take like a half ounce of mace (in a bag, it should look like a quarter or so if it was bud), and you probally will be in a different world in a couple of hours. Its an interesting experience, and parts of it go above words. I know last time i did it, i kept on having this weird dream like thingy that i was god and i was spinning a massive patern of threads to taxman by the beatles. Thats just about a the only way to descrive it.
