My weight is about 140-145 5'10 ish about.. and i'm kinda skinny.. not skinny skinny, just not an avradge fit.. lol but anyways I took about ½ a tablespoon of nutmeg that was already grinded (i was head'n for work so i didn't want to take too much for my 1st time)... well hmm, it makes you kinda paraniod in the begining (but that could just be me.. i have pannic attacks VERY TIME I do ANY drug) and you feel kinda of just out of it.. like whoa.. haha, plus for some reason I kept gett'n TONS of goood music in my head, like "in the jungle the mighty jungle the lion sleeps tonihgt" lol and tons more.. plus I was kinda laughy if some one made me.. another words I wasn't naturaly laughy.. but if I was talk'n to someone that made me laugh, i coudn't stop.. lol and also you get like a feeling of "happy, and it's good to be here" lol well this really isn't a expercain but I thought I just share this with ya anyways.. lol ohh and it gives you a HEAD ACH.. and I was FREEZING even though it was about 90-100 degrees at my work (i work in a ware house so alot of the heat is trapped inside) lol but ok then, other then that it was kinda good.. lol thanks for your time.. also plz share your exp's and share you opinions with me.. thanks
