Comfortable setting, have a trip sitter, think positive.

Definitely get a sitter who isnt out of it...Someone a bit responsible. And i suggest (from my last experience) have a little weed before. It helps with any nagging problems like nausea or getting edgy before it kicks in. Because then you'll be nervous and thats crap.

first time on Coricidin I was over my ex gfs house and i wa sin her roomw ith her cousinw hens he walks in and says that her mom found out she was tripping and that I had to go home ....i freaked...i couldent hardly stand up let alone go home anyway after my drama she said she was kidding -_-;

When I think back to my first trip... its like looking back on one of my fondest memories. Needless to say my first trip was a damn fine one.

Edit: As for a bit of advice it is defintely a good idea to not overdue it on hits your first time. See how it affects you then go eat a sheet or two!
