probation?!

Hey im going to court for possesion of 1 gram. Some ppl say i wont get probation and all they had was a small 75$ fine for a first offence. Can i relly get probation from this?
(im 16, live in illinois and this didnt even go on my record?\)

yea. u can get probation, this kid who i sort of ripped off was only carring around sumthin less the .5 of a gram for a wake and bake(HE WAS NEW TO POT) and showed a regualr clothes pig it and he got a year and a half with probation. best luck to u. hope u getoff on the chrages or at least only get that lil 75 dollar fine.
