Thinking of giving weed up for good!
Dude,
Pick up the 120lbs. ea. dumbells. Make it a goal to bench press them in 1 month.
you'll get rid of anger and frustration. Or, make your free squat goal 500lbs. by the end of the month. You won't be angry.
