Stupid Stoner tricks About 10 years back on the 4th of July, a roomate of mine decided he was going to blow off some dynamite caps he had stolen from a construction site (apparantly some time ago -- as they were sweating in his parents garage -- so the news stories say). Anyway, while we're at a party partying, you here a couble REALLY loud booms.
