I smoke many DIFFERENT herbs for DIFFERENT reasons and highs,and there's nothing wrong with it. People use cought syrup to go on crazy journeys of their mind. its just DIFFERENT. Dont be close minded to it or think they are all LOSERS or something. I felt exactly how you feel now about the use of cough syrup and smoking banana skin extracts etc to get high. But ive got to know much more about drugs in general since. And from my experience/opinion i have to say theres nothing wrong with it. Have you tried any of them or know anyone who uses them? just curious.

To all you ameoba's out there who don't know how to do some simple research DXM has very little or no ill effects, as long as whatever medication you use to get your high has no other active ingredients in it.It is the other ingredients that have adverse effects.Benelyn adult cough syrup is the only product out there with no other active ingredients so that is the best for recreational use.However there are products with higher concentrations of DXM but have some ingredients with LETHAL effects so if using any medication for recreational use always read the label and limit use. BE CAREFUL AND I HOPE THIS INFO IS HELPFULL.

P.S NUTMEG IS HIGHLY POISONOUS AND COMPLETELY UNTRACABLE BE VERY CAREFULL WHEN USING TOXIC CHEMICALS.
