Test in two days

Hey guys, just lookin for a little input, hopefully some reassurance, hopefully.
I'm about 5'11", 155, exercise about twice a week and have a fairly rapid metabolism in my experience. I started smoking about 6 months ago. I have smoked about twice a week, give or take, for the last month or so, before that not more than once every two weeks. The last time I smoked was last Tuesday, three or four hits from a bowl of mediocre weed. Before that it was another week.

After landing a job for the summer, my employer oh so casually informed me today that the company policy mandates pre-employment drug screening. I'm operating on the assumption, since it's a small time company and he made it clear to use the word "screening," that this would be the standard EMIT test at the regular 50 cutoff. I knew very little about drug tests before today but have absorbed a great amount of knowledge from the various forums around.

Anyway, needless to say I was pretty edgy this morning, so I did a trial run. I drank about four glasses of water in a two hour time period, drove to the store and got the Phamatec AtHome kit from Walgreen's. The test came out negative, and the line was actually somewhat clear, not all that faint.

I'm most likely not going to the lab until Wednesday, which would give me 8 days since my last smoke. I feel I can pass safely with a decent amount of dilution, but it'd be absolutely fantastic if I could pass with flying colors and not get a diluted result, I'm supposed to start this job next week. I've got the gatorade, tums, b-complex, and aspirin handy, and am still planning on using them, but here are my questions: How much dilution should I use? Does the fact that the test line was not very faint mean I'm not right at the cutoff line, or is the shade of the line insignificant? Will my employer most likely request a retest if it comes out diluted? And of course, the obvious one, SERIOUSLY what are my chances?

Any input is appreciated, N2 I would especially love to hear your thoughts. Thanks.

As far as the cut off line goes from what I read on my home test kit any line, no matter how faint is a negative result. I would follow N2's dillution method, I would have just stuck with that myself if I hadn't already bought The Stuff (vitamin b2, creatine, and drink lots of water).

Welp, that's all she wrote, I ended up taking the test this afternoon and PASSED! Woke up, took some aspirin, diluted for only about 2 hours, did another home test just to be sure, passed that, popped some b-complex, took the test 45 minutes later and passed on the spot!
I think I may have been an exception though, I didn't have to go to a lab to get it done. The test was basically for insurance purposes only, so they just gave me a 5-panel EMIT in-house. Just gave me the cup, sent me to the bathroom, and peeled back the sticker. They actually waited for the results right in front of me, yikes. Good thing everything turned out negative or that could have been a most awkward situation.
Anyway, chalk up one more testimony to dilution/asprin/b-complex. I'm also putting in a good word for the Walgreen's AtHome test, it saved me a little stress for sure.
