Hi guys. I'm a recreational user from Rhode Island, which is just a House override away from legalizing Medical Marijuana. I've heard a friend (who is also a recreational, non-medical user) from San Francisco talk about how he was easily able to purchase a cannabis card in his home town, allowing him to buy the good stuff from state-regulated distributors. Also, he says he uses the card to get the police off his back. Now this all sounds too good to be true to be coming to Little Rhody, so I wonder if anybody can verify these statements for me! Any help is much appreciated!
