Probably not well. The roof will block much of the light from getting to the plants directly, unless you've got a big-ass sun roof. Also, the interior won't give you much height to work with, so you'd need a shortish strain, maybe like Lowryder. You can try it, but I doubt you'll be very happy with the results.
