i can't explain the high, but before you go grab any munchies you can (it's like class you have to share witheveryone) make sure you have plenty to drink for the cotton mouth. hit it like you would a cigarette (if you're smoking a joint) but when you inhale don't just blow it back out estimate about 15 seconds before blowing it back out and repeate as nessicary, if using a pipe, same principal put the stem (part you suck from) up to your mouth and put a flame to the bowl (where the weed is) and start sucking, when it get lit enougth (coupel of seconds) take the lighter away it'll stay lit, but the more the lighter is on it the more it burns, same concept hold for awhile then exhale. bong is a bit more complicated depending on if it has a carb (small hole in the side somewhere) [some glass pipes have carbs also] you put your finger over the carb and begin to hit, keep hitting it until you about 2 seconds after you feel the smoke in your lungs, then you let go of the carb and suck really hard. if it has a slide (where the bowl assembly comes out of the bong, mainly on water bongs) you do the same with the carb except instead of removing your finger from the hole you take out the slide then power hit it. gravity bong, let them do the filling and then just suck out all the smoke (you'll know what i'm talking about if you smoke out of one) til the water reaches your lips ONE VERY IMPORTANT THING, IF YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE ABOUT TO COUGH NO MATTER WHAT YOU ARE SMOKING OUT OF PASS THE DAMN DEVICE, coughing into the smoke utensil is a seroius party foul and is very bad.
