Sorry, I know this is not the answer you are looking for, but the truth is ONLY abstainance will detoxify you. Excersize will reduce the amount of time, but nothing will remove THC from inside the fat cells where it is stored. No magic potions, no detox potions, no carbo drinks, no super flush, no niacin, no AZO, no green tea, no golden seal root extract, nothing ... except a medical proceedure commonly known as Lypo-Suction. LOL!!! The only way it is released is when the fat cell is burned. So the more you burn fat, ie the faster your metabolism is, the sooner you test clean. Hope that helps. N2
