Use the computer monitor as a source of soft light. Make the other lights in the room dark. Face a light background (I used a blank white wall) and put your fingers together, tip to tip, about 6-10 inches in front of your face.

Now, try and look past your fingers and relax your eyes. You'll start to see a contrast around your fingers, negative imprint on the retina or something. Okay here's where I really freaked:

Pull your fingers apart slowly--there is a white rope of energy between your fingers, like bubblegum or chocolate syrup. I thought it was just an optical illusion until I twisted two of my fingers opposite ways and the ROPE twisted.

I know my mind is prone to exaggeration and so on, but this is clear as day. I mean, I was fairly shaken when it happened.

I also explained it to two other friends, one of whom has never touched any psychoactives. Both of them got it.
