smoking the stem

i was always told by mates smokin the stem dont get you high hhmm

can u smoke the stem ive been smoking for a couple months now and when i do it with my friends that have been doing it before never smoke the stem is it bad and if it is tell me why

My connect,saves the stems and seeds and gives them to me,then my gal goes through them and picks off all the little tid-bits stuck to the stems,that most folks don't want to be bothered with,and the seed husks,and there's always a few tid-bits that fall out when rollin a doobie. We usually wind up with several joints worth of smoke that way. We also use a hand-crank flour-sifter,to sift out the small stuff..but it takes patience to sit down and pick off all those tid-bits that most folks throw away..and I'm danged glad that I taught my gal how to do it..lol. She's better at it than me..lol.

Around these here parts,there ain't no weed that so good that it has trichomes on the stem..but if we had any,we'd scrape off the trichomes with a razor,if that's what it took..lol.

We git our money's worth out of every bag we git,because we recover every little tid-bit,it's how us poor stoners git along..lol. We don't actually smoke the stems,unless it's small stems from the center of a bud,that's laden with trichomes..awhile back,we had some of those kind of stems and we got a dang good buzz-without a headache. Smokable stems are usually only from good quality smoke.

My friend said he can make hash out of stems....i dont know if its true but my dealer went over his house one day to check it out...i forgot to ask him if he was bullshittin or not. Can you make hash out of stems?

you can make oil out of them save up your stems till ya have say a 1/2 oz of em and grind em up in a coffee grinder place in a extractor and use the butane extraction method to extract the oil [ DO NOT SMOKE OR DO THIS NEAR OPEN FLAME KAABOOOM] then after the butane has evaporated scape it up and enjoy you can get a extractor at http://www.buzznn.com/index1.htm
