but from what i know...
In hillyard at a park u can smoke right out in the field...
Cops know people smoke there but hey who gives a fuck...

friends of mine where growning and got scared when they heard that law enforcement was paying $1000 for info on growers...other than that i know that it's a manditory one day in jail for 40 grams or less...more than that it's a fleony
