    A QUESTION FOR ZANDOR...

Zandor, you said repeatedly that miracle-gro was not for resin producing plant. Well, will using the Big Bloom ferts hurt my plants and/or reduce potency in any way? The reason I ask is this is my fourth year growing and Ive been a bit unsuccessful in the past, and this year my girls are doing verry good. Any insite would be greatly appreciated. heres a pic of my biggest female, would u tell me how she looks? I know she dont add up to your 10lb. monster plants but, how goes it? (Any advice you could give me to grow those monsters would be greatly appreciated also!!!)

    A QUESTION FOR ZANDOR...

The one thing I know about any MG product is ¼ strength is to strong most of the time. It is formulated for plants that have similar life cycles, flowers, vegetables, (with seeds inside not outside) and that makes up like 98% of the home gardener market. A resin producing plant lives a different cycle and serves a different purpose then a general flower or vegetable. Everyone I have helped over the many years has had problems with MG. Feret burn, questionable yield and killing their plants. They have problems fixing even the most basic of problems like too much K or N or P. They did get a harvest but did they get the most out of the plant that they could have? Given all the effort and money we spend in pursuit of THC it only makes scenes to provide the plant what it needs when it needs it. For the best results you need to vary the nutrients every week or so to keep up with the life cycle of the plant.

There are many people who use MG and are happy with the results. I just happen to know many more that are disappointed. They use MG soil and still give nutrients. The MG soil releases nutrients based on a plants cycle average. But what plant is the average of is my question? I canā??t promise you it will either help or hurt your plants but what I do know is the nutrients formula is not meant for a resin producing plants. I asked them years ago at a home and garden show they were lecturing about their product and we got into a debate. They did admit it was not meant for dichotomous short day resin producing plants. They then said nobody grows that type of plant anyway so why would I ask. Once I said the word Medical Marijuana the conversation ended and they would no-longer talk to me. I mean he just walked away and 2 other company men asked me to leave there is noting they can help me with. I guess ff you start the plant with MG it will acclimate itā??s self to its environment and it will grow. I know people who have grown in cow shit, sand and backyard dirt. The plant did grow and give them some yield. Was it the same quality and quantity as someone who feeds there plants the proper nutrients at the proper cycle of the plants life? No: the proof is in the end but the final results are a matter of opinion and perspective of the grower. If you only get meager results every time then your expectations are meant.

I would use Shultz nutrients before MG is that was the only option available.
