in tennessee, it is illegal to shoot any animal other than a whale from a moving vehicle

i'm pretty sure these are laws that were put into place ages ago, but nobody cares about anymore. like, in memphis, its illegal for a woman to drive a car without a man running in front of the vehicle waving a red flag to warn pedestrians
