yeah, OH yeah, take that layer of "organic" plastic off that's just under the painted surface...i think there's a pink, white, and a gray piece under it, or something like that, you want to eat the stuff that will actually somewhat crush up, if you don't crush it up, then it dissolves in your stomach REALLY REALLY slow and doesn't do anything except what it's supposed to, but it goes on through you if you get it started yourself....beat it to death until it's powder, or as powdery as it'll get, take 2 of them crushed up....one of them will work just fine for most people, but since you've taken it for so long, you'll be fine with 2...
