If what you watched was something very shocking and disturbing, you're probably a little traumatized. Try and keep your mind busy with other things like walking, biking, talking with friends. Even talking to a buddy about what you saw might help to.

I remeber the first time a now ex-friend showed me was the Budd Dwyer suicide. If anyone knows what this is, it's the newscaster who shot himself in the head with a magnum in front of running TV cams. Well I didn't know what he was showing me, so I watched in complete horror as his body drained of blood. I didn't sleep for about 48hrs, I was shaking, paranoid, and nervous and worrying about shit. It was going in a continuous cycle of worry and wouldn't stop. I was that traumatized.

Keep your mind busy, talk with friends, have some hoots. Peace.
