Compensation or no compensation, people should have the right to not sell their homes. If not, then what the fuck is the concept of ownership good for anyway? Dont sidestep the real issue.

I agree with you 100%. If I buy property it should be my decision of a sale or not. My problem is the bullshit of stating that the land is stolen from the owner in a fashion used by Stalin. Hopefully Congress ratifies the bill stating that this is illegal. But before that happens, I do hope that the house of the one Supreme Court Judges is taken in the fashion that he helped to create for the hotel.
