I need help... Please...

Okay, Im going to try and explain this as best as possible. I got caught smoking about 6 weeks ago, and Im in therapy. Yes, stupid I know. Anyways, told my parents I quit. But I still smoke, fuck, they cant make me top. I just wish there was a way to explain it to them. My dad was a Alcholic, and then went to rehab. So that doesnt help much on the " I smoke, deal with it" theary. So I guess I could just keep smoking, but I KNOW I will be getting drug tested.

Any sugestions?

Well if your a minor you have to be smart about this. Your Parents are just doing what they feel is right for you weather you think it is or not.Just stop for a while until you can get out of there and just act like the good person you probably are...lol Im sorry for what you are going through but I am a mother and 2 of my older kids (24, and 26) smoke and I would rather them do it then be a heavy drinker. They really dont even drink. Good luck with you but remember if you fight them they fight back. Its a no win situation. And they do have control over you,,,thats the bottom line. Thats reality.

Drink lots of vinegar nasty but it cleans you out..and water.. just lots and lots of liquids.. and i know how you feel about parentsi kinda got the same thinggoing

i actually looked alot into passing drug tests cuz my parents now do random ones since they found out but ya, i dont know about all u cron smokers but for reg i found a bunch of little things u can invest in and do, first off the absolute best way to clean out ur system is just drink lots and make sure u sweat, the more u sweat the more THC u rid urself of, anyways other than that u can buy some creatine and cranberry juice, both of those help flush out THC so u can pee it away, umm i heard something about taking like 2 pills of 325mgs aspirin, just straight aspirin but i couldnt figure out how it helped, but then on the day of ur test make sure u ppe like 4-5 times b4 u go in to test, this will thoroughly clean out ur bladder, then when u actually do have to pee in the cup start in the bowl then move to the cup and finally finish in the bowl, ive also heard drin lots of gatorade and add liek 1/4 teaspoon of salt to every 8 oz of gatorade, im not positive on that and i guess i shoulda read up b4 i posted this, oh well thats how it goes, but ya dude i totally know how u feel my parents caught me a couple weeks ago and now i get random drug tests, i just got one but i hadnt smoked for like 3 weeks so i passed, but ya i wanna just sit down w/ both of them and have like a debate on y they think weed is bad, but i know theyd only get pissed and id be grounded again, but ya w/ the whole exercising thing ur best best is to have a fast metabolism, yea running alot and sweating is gonna help alot but nothing works faster to clean u out than ur metabolism, only problem is u gotta work to speed it up, its not like a run hard for a week and it speeds up, u gotta do some consistent exercising for like 2 months to speed it up, i play soccer yr round so mine is crazy fast, i be clean in about a week, w/o doing anything extra, so ya if u r involved in any school sports thatd be best cuz they give u the structure, if not, i know its hard man but get out there and run, everyday, trust me i know how tough it is to do so, but think about how nice itll be to get high and not worry about gettin caught, anyways good luck man hope i helped ya out some

im getting randomly drug tested by my parents i dont know how to be clean if i smoke eveyrday ....and at any moment i can get testedd can anyone help?
