i never cared for the stuff but alot of younger members seem to enjoy it.. it's most likely not going to make you parinoid there is a sight called dance safe that has info on it http://www.dancesafe.org/ just make sure you stey hydrated lots of water or gatorade and if you start to over heat get into some air conditioning
