I was a huge Nirvana fan back in the day, and I too believed that Courtney Love killed him. This doesnt seem logical now, because it was her husband, and they actually did hold a very close relationship even though they had their arguments. Kurt's "suicide" note was in two different handwritings. The first half is believed to be a simple retirement letter because Nirvana was going to split up, (not on unfriendly terms, but out of growing tired of Nirvana's pop success). The levels of heroine in his blood stream was tested by an officer unfamiliar with autopsy procedures and claimed to have an amount of heroine that would have rendered kurt dead before he could even pick up a gun. So I definitely dont think it was suicide, it could have been anyone... why would he kill himself when he had a daughter who he wanted to give her something he didnt have growing up, (a father). We'll probably never know, but I dont care, because I didnt know him personally, and its not my place to judge.
