Just go run around a bit, go for a jog or a bike ride, or even just a simple walk. I find when I smoke too much, I get the same way...I get tired, lazy, kinda dumb and out of it. That's why I know my limits and my confort zones for smoking. Try not smoking so much in one sitting. Have a few hoots or so every few hours to keep a nice, steady, comfortable stone going instead of getting absolutly fucked, and being a space case. Smoke heavily when you have nothing to do for the rest of the day, or night, so you won't be so tired and dumb.
