So what type of light cycle am I supposed to have them on if any at all. And at what age should I start the light cycle.

I have a couple questions about my plants that I am concerned about. First my plants are about 2 1/2 weeks old, and I just transplanted them from it's initail 3inch pot to a 3 gallon pot. I use Terracycly organic plant food, and have regular gro-lux and wide spectrum gro-lux flourescent lights. (12/12) My plants inital pedals (the first 2 that grow) are browning out and withering.
