oh, shit...er, if i have trouble sleeping, i go outside in the garden at night, when everyone else is asleep, it's so quiet, and a little chilly, take a cup of tea and a spliff, just sit outside and relax.

I hardly sleep at all anymore, maybe 2 hours a night. I don't even see the point in going to bed, all I do is toss and turn and swear under my breath. If it's not too late, I'll call my friend D. (like last night ) and talk to him because that's comforting, but it doesn't make me any more sleepy.
