who on the boards is an insomniac like me???

i worked the night shift for LL BEAN for like 6 months ending last october and im still up every god damn night untill at least 4.....i do find that smoking accessive amounts during the day helps tho

ya me too. I stay up till round 4 or 5 and sleep till 2. I try to wake up earlier to convert my cycle but its to hard lol.

haha that explains my routine to the point... im lucky to wake up by 12

I usualy never get to sleep till around 5. Sleep for 5 hours or so and am up.

Its sucks hey especially when u have kids and u have to get up at 6 with them no matter how sleepy u still feel.I find that once im asleep i wake up about every hour or so every night and sometimes i cannot get back to sleep.I found that when i smoked i would have usually a good nights sleep but would still wake up once or twice a night.All the women in my family have the same problem but the men sleep like logs
