If you cough but "HOLD" it in, you can certainly force the red blood cells in the lungs to pick up more THC VAPOR.

At this point you would be enlarging the surface area of point of entry into the blood stream by using the esophagus as well as the throat.

Ha ha! No you wouldn't, but you want to know something very interesting? I got this qoute from a book called, "The Gourmet Guide to Grass", it's an old book of my dads from the 70's and people in older days use to pass smoke through the rectum, read on:

"Blood poisoning was treated by swallowing the smoke, while dysentery and hernias were relieved by passing smoke through the rectum."
