A little more help...
This is day 30 of 12/12 after 60 days veg...bag seed grown with 6 100w CFL's surrounding it (HPS is in the mail for the next grow).
These 2 pics of same plant, trying to show the top.
It has about 30 small bud sites all over her that look like classic, hairy bud pics I see all the time in good growers pics. But the top 'kola' just seems to have a misshapen look.
Can you tell anything from the pics? The plant stopped any measureable vertical growth more than a week ago, although the top has been 'morphing' from what looked like a good hairy bud spot to this ever since.
Any comments would really be appreciated...9ski9 Reviewed by 9ski9 on . A little more help... I think you are doing as well as can be expected with a CFL flower show.
Those 6 "100W" are your problem.
They are probably more like 120W in reality.
You won't have this happen with an HPS...
Or... a 2700K TRUE 125W CFL.
I think you got a nice bud taking all things into consideration.

Thanks, Harddon. With all the mistakes I've made--- and learned from--- on this first grow, it's probably better that I held off on the 250w HPS I have coming. I may have burned my house down.

You did very nicely for a first grow.
Hell mine never even made it outta veg before I found the crispy leftovers.
I hope the buzz is as good as the looks.
Next time...you'll have about 5X the buds....HPS works wonders.
Good Luck Bro'

is there a chance it could be pollenated? because some of the flowers look a bit swollen, as if they have a seed growing in them.

yeah coulda turned hemi,(not pollenated unless you had a male plant in with it)when they pollenate thierselfs they only have the female gene to make the seed
also my friend tells me when he lets them flower longer he gets a few seeds at times without seeing any male flowers on them at all
dont think you got to worry bout alot of seeds just plant them theyll either be female or hemi
good luck, nice first grow btwStrawberry cough is my new favorite medicine :stoned:

Thanks...5x every four months? Man, the idea of never again having to ration.
~Pollinated? Yeah, could be after learning how easily it can happen. I had three males with her for what may have been too long. They were long gone by the time they dumped a crapload of pollen, but I was back and forth. Eh, mistake #48, but won't happen next time.
I'm also kind of holding on to the idea that I used bag seeds from buds that were a really awesome high, so even if these were pollinated, the buds won't be a total waste. Smaller and less THC, but from a great mother.
(ah, just lemme think it.)
