Lights!!!!!
Any of those lights you mentioned can be found at any hardware store. CFL's/Floros can be found at Wal-mart, Hps, Mh you might be able to find at a hardware store, but not without a hefty price. The best place would be a hydroponic store or some kind of gardening center. For hps or mh bulbs, you need a ballast as well. A 150w hps setup will run you a couple hundred dollars, as well as mh.
CFL's/Floros can be found at wal-mart. Floro tubes need a ballast and take up a lot of space, but CFL's have a built in ballast, its the size of a regular light bulb and screws into a regular socket. They are quite cheap to. You can buy a 25W CFL for no more than $10 at wal-mart. Don't bother with tubes, a pain in the ass and take up tons of space.
If you don't have anything for the time being, put them in the sun for a few hours. Don't bother with the halogen bulbs, they will start a fire faster then they will produce pot. Good luck!Nochowderforyou Reviewed by Nochowderforyou on . Lights!!!!!
