hey i placed an order for a bong and pipe from weedcity a lil over a week ago and they still haven't even shipped it

i called there US hotline cuz that is where im from, but noone answered

so i was curious if anyone has had a successful order from em and how long it took to get to the US

there site says 7 days from order but im past that and they haven't shipped it yet

hopin someone has some positive feedback about there site and im just being impatient

Sometimes they have to make the piece you ordered or it is not in stock. I ordered my bubbler from them and I didn't have any problems at all. Took about 2 weeks to get it though.
