Yeah, first time I properly smoked weed on my own (ages ago, this is), I think I seriously over did it.. my mouth was stupidly dry, my heart rate soared ridiculously. This made me really panic, thinking i was going to have a heart attack and stuff :|

And your heartbeat will speed up a bit when you're high regardless. It's to do with venular dilation, lower blood pressure and all that shit.
Chaffinch88 Reviewed by Chaffinch88 on . heart beating like mad So a couple of weeks ago I was over at a friends and they had a bong going, which I hardly ever do (only joints usually), so I sort of did a really strong hit all at once... after a few moments my heart starting beating real hard and fast, and it wouldn't stop even if I breathed real slow. it was pumping so hard I was sort of starting to feel dizzy and my legs and arms were sort of twitching from time to time (cos of the bloodflow I guess). It kept up til I got home and managed to fall asleep, Rating: 5
