I think it's your heightened sense of feeling which makes you think it's beating harder, when in reality, it's not. I know what you're talking about though, I've had the same thing happen to me. If you're sober, you can't feel your heart beating. But when you're high, you can.
haha Reviewed by haha on . heart beating like mad So a couple of weeks ago I was over at a friends and they had a bong going, which I hardly ever do (only joints usually), so I sort of did a really strong hit all at once... after a few moments my heart starting beating real hard and fast, and it wouldn't stop even if I breathed real slow. it was pumping so hard I was sort of starting to feel dizzy and my legs and arms were sort of twitching from time to time (cos of the bloodflow I guess). It kept up til I got home and managed to fall asleep, Rating: 5
