Lean,i think hes referring to the drink.....codeine with some type of alcohol?.Most commonly drank by african americans...cuz us crazy honkies drink str8 bourbon with montega! j/k Personally when i'm all opiated ouuut,i like to listen to some grateful dead or maybe some manson or NIN.But mostly the dead and other older rock.
