it was originally just a time some kids thought would be best to get together and get high, it caught on and is now used by basically all stoners as "the weed time, number, date...etc"

Everyone has a different way of explaining it. I'm kind of glad there's no real explaination, it lets you be able to fill in the plot. I'm not talking about starting rumors or lies, but just its one of those things you take a step back from and just enjoy.
