I mostly agree. Electrically, it looks correct, but it needs to be properly mounted in a UL-approved metal electrical enclosure, properly grounded and securely mounted. I'd also like to see it GFCI protected and independently fused, to truly bring it up to NEC. I cringe at some of the electrical setups I imagine exist in growrooms all over the US.
