I don't know if you can afford one buy you should look at cool tubs. You would need to add the second light bulb socket but it's not that hard. They are 20" long so it will fit one light bulb at each end. They should not touching each other and still have room in between. You will need a good blower to move the air through the tub but that is you very best way to go. imo.

You can make your own too with a Bake-A-Round from eBay. They are only 4" round but that fits HPS lights. A few 4" vent parts and some foil tape is all you need.
