Okay, well, one time in about 8th grade (Senior now) I went to Holiday World for the first time with a friend and his family. His mom is a registered nurse. Me and him had been riding the wooden rides all day long and I got a severe SEVERE migraine. I couldn't open my eyes, literally, because the light hurt so much. And I plugged my ears because just talking to me made my brain want to bust.

She gave me a couple Excedrin Migraine's and told me to drink the Coca-Cola she gave me really fast. Excedrin Migraine mixes aceteminophen with another pain reliever with some caffeine. Plus the caffeine in the coke. She said that the caffeine really helps get the pain relievers working faster so the relief sets in more. It really did, too. It took about 20 minutes, but I was able to open my eyes again.
Try that before asking a doctor. If that doesn't work, see a doctor. =)
