I would like to point out tho,I rarely drink whiskey anymore and I mostly drink beer,to keep my bowels regular and ease my back-pain and muscle spasms,even then..I don't drink very often.
As for folks joining at 17,I did and was glad of it,I think that all younguns should serve a couple years or so,in the military..it would help them understand,that they can't always take from their country,but that they should be citizen/soldiers..and give back to their communities and their nation,and to understand..that Freedom is not handed out on a silver platter..that it must quite often be defended .
