I play a 1991 American Strat with mapel neck, jumbo frets and full blown set of EMG's. Great tone without the hummm. I go into a tube screamer and an old DOD compressor(the orange one) then into a 1975 Music man 212 amp with JBL's or sometimes a Fender Deluxe 40w for more dirt.
I love to play blues and good Chicken Pickin' stuff. Some of my heroes are: Danny Gatton, Robben Ford, Albert Lee, Buddy guy, The Hellecasters, and of course SRV.
    Talk to me!

i once put the pick ups off a washburn into a cheap Decca i think it was called, hooked that up to a huge peavey(tube type)and people let me just say i had folks a mile awaywas calling and saying turn that shit down,
the sounds was travelling the hills and ecko's where brutally loud at some places where it bounced around and back to lil dead end hollows,
it would hush the dam frogs up in a swamp nearby, they hated ac/dc more than my dad did.if you bumped the amp it sounded like a gun going off.
i lost that frankenstien creation in a fire in 1991
not owned a electric worth shit since

That makes me feel better, I had to get a new one after I flipped out from Topamex and Baclophyn (brain candy and a muscle relaxer, that I'd been taking for months) and weed and then ran into my parking lot, with my guitar and somehow messed up my neck (of my last Hamer).
The medicine was because of a car accident and my lawyer advised me to take it. I smoked weed on it everyday, and everyday, I flipped out. Crashed cars.

Sounds nice, shopping spree!!! And discounted, you lucky duck.
I used to buy pedals, then got an ME-6 BOSS pedal bank. It had six pedals, one to cycle through five different banks of pedals. It was great and you can create and save sounds on it. You should check it out. Anyway, that broke, I got a similar model, but smaller, and that broke, my pedals keep breaking, my cords continually fuck-up, I had to take my amp to get cleaned (inside), my wha-wha pedal sounds like crap because I have a dead battery in it, I've had a $2000 guitar (not payed for) and come to find out there was a problem in all of the same custom-models, so I traded that in for an $800 guitar. I used to tape myself on a two-track system. I'd record myself on a little boom-box, and then play it back and tape myself playing to it. I've played with all sorts of people, but then I'd just move out of the state. People ask me to do something, but the government gets involved and runs me away. Don't ask. It's crazy. I've never even had enough friends to start a band, once I left the entire State of New York. I can get the funds, but I need a band. One band. I don't need two. I've been through the appalachians going 120 MPH on my way to see a girl in West Virginia. Actually, two, but I didn't speed for the second one. It takes 8 hours, I think, to get to Charleston. At the most. That was ten years ago. Now with that teleporting thing, I don't know, do you have them up there? We have them in Virginia Beach...

    Come down and jam!!!
