Its just some dust, not mites or Dustlike mites. Don'T panic and if your plant gets eaten by the same spots try to clean it off with H2O2 (Hydrogen peroxide) or half and half rubbing alchool. Mites (90% of the time) get on the stem of the leave, not the leave itself too.

Don't panic, the leave looks good too
