yes the milk works i use1/2 oz of leaf to a quart of milk fine up leaf add to milk put in crock pot cook on low for 12 hrs. strain through panty hose squeeze to try to get all the milk out cut up into 1/4 cups put in ice cube tray freeze add to coffea in morin 1 to 2 cubes 45mins to 1 hr. start feelin affects lasts awhile DON'T REMOVE LID WHILE COOKIN IN CROCK
