Rat poison is usually made with warfarin, a blood thinner given to heart patients to prevent blood clots, at high enough doses it causes death by internal bleeding. Not used to make acid or to cut it, that's bullshit the government made up so you won't trip. Certainly not a hallucinagen. Did hear of it used to cut meth once (deliberate poisoning attempt) They said every time he did a shot blood would pour down his arm, but other than that he was OK, and bought more. I do NOT recommend you try that.
