i just took 390mg...hasnt kicked in yet..should be soon..gel caps all the way. I have 210mg left so if i wanna dose up I can.

Yeah gel caps are the best, i gotta take'em over time tho, cuz if i try and take em all at once i puke'em up, atleast thats what happened last time. Going for nighttime walks while coming up on dxm is fun ive only done 300mg max, i like the lowerdoses, i dont think i would be able to udnerstand what was going on if i did 800-900mg!

well my trip is comming down to pretty much nothing now....hmm ive never puked on gel caps....but I hate that feeling of swallowing them....i always eat some triscuts or something like crackers with alot of fiber to calm the nausia....2nights trip was crazy..ill post it later mabey, think it might be my last one i ever have. haha it was pretty insane.
