stop 2 weeks beforehand

drink lots of water everyday, eat healthy, and get lots of exercise.

then 2 days before the test eat the most greasy ass food u can get ur hands on. i'm talking big drippy pizzas and hamburgers. don't exercise. u want a little fat to cover up the contaminated fat cells u already have. then drink lots of water on the day of the test, take lots of vitamin B and possibly drink some sure-gel for good measure
